Since their launch in Q3 2018, Demon Labz has processed over 300,000 orders and achieved annual revenue of £2.25 million in 2022. In Q1 2022, their revenue was £385,000, which increased to £550,000 in Q1 2023, a 42% Q1-on-Q1 revenue increase.
Demon Labz products have earned Best Seller badges for consecutive weeks in the Taurine and Beta-Alanine categories. They also have over 10,000 total product reviews worldwide, with over 90% of customers expressing satisfaction with their purchases.

The challenge

Launched in 2018, the primary challenge was to stand out in a highly competitive category such as Food Supplements. In addition, they needed to be compliant with all of Amazon’s requirements in order to maintain a 100% healthy status on Amazon’s Account Health page, without any product suspensions or claims. Assisted with gathering feedback for the purpose of improving the formulation of each supplement in order to meet the expectations of an increasing number of customers with regard to the product’s efficacy and level of quality. Stock replenishment at critical times, but more important than that, stock management so that “out-of-stock” situations are avoided during the challenging period of COVID19.

The Solution

As we went over all of the specifics and requirements of the brand, we started by formulating a plan to get valuable positive reviews so that we could build on those and capitalise on the benefits that come from providing the highest possible quality and customer service to the general public.
An in-depth analysis was performed on each product sold under the brand so that we would be aware of who our rivals are, what the customer has to offer, and how we can always distinguish ourselves using USPs that none of our rivals had to offer. Constant optimisation and A/B testing to take advantage of the analyses that took place in order to always stay up-to-date and perform well on ads as new trends and needs were appearing in the market.

One way to achieve this goal is to expand their product offerings, adding new items that appeal to their customer base. Additionally, Demon Labz is looking to increase brand awareness in more countries, particularly Italy and the US, where they recently launched. They are currently active in the UK, Germany, France, and Spain, and are eager to expand their reach to new markets.
